Duck feathers are straighter with a thicker quill which results in a lower fill power, but when balanced with a higher percentage of duck down, the result is a perfect blend with f irmer support. These duvets have 70% feathers and 30% pure down, for a gorgeous blend of warmth and loft. Encased in a down-proof, pure cotton surround with piped edges and a double-stitched finish. The filling and casings are OEKO-TEX® Standard Certified. All of our feather and down bedding is NOMITE and Downafresh® Certified. If you are unsure about which tog to choose, here is a little advice which might help. Choose a higher tog for colder rooms or if you feel the cold, and a lower tog for warmer climates or if you overheat at night: 4.5 tog - light and airy, ideal for summer or warm sleepers 9-10.5 tog - medium weight, perfect for the spring and autumn months 13.5 tog - extra warm, best for winter or cooler bedrooms All our bedding is made to order so please allow 3 weeks for production.
