This gin recipe is derived from Queensland Dry, the most highly awarded Gin of Brisbane: A multiple double gold winner.Walter Hill was the first curator of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, serving from 1855 to 1881. A pioneering botanist and horticulturist, he was instrumental in introducing and cultivating a wide range of plants in Queensland, laying the foundation for botanical science and agriculture in the state.
