What I like most about the Princess Phone is the light that illuminates the touch tone pad and one of the plungers when you pick up the handset. This feature was promoted extensively by Western Electric in their "It's little, It's Lovely, It Lights" marketing campaign. This is an original 702 Princess Phone with an internal ringer. You'll really appreciate the highly audible rING that is sure to get the attention of everyone in your household!The Restoration ProcessDial – The dial has been fully disassembled, cleaned, lubed and timed to ensure years of trouble free service. We have also added a brand-new plastic fingerwheel and die cut dial cardCords – The phone has been outfitted with brand new vinyl cords and the line cord has a modular connection to facilitate a modern connection to your wall jack.Shell – The shell has been painstakingly put through a multi-step restoration process which includes sanding with 400, 800, 1000, 2000 grit. This ensures that there are no scratches, dents or dings.Base – The base is completely stripped of all its components and sandblasted clean. It is then sealed with a clear coat to resist rust. We then apply a brand-new die cut cork bottom to the base. The components are then cleaned, tested and reinstalled.The phone goes through extensive testing before to ensure it is in perfect working condition prior to shipping.
