// Killarney / Tin whistle in D // The Killarney whistle is a handmade instrument made by artisans in a workshop in Ireland, yet is reasonably priced. Designed and manufactured by P. Buckley & T. Buckley, who have been playing the tin whistle for over 40 years, they have used their experience and skills to create an Irish-made instrument of a quality that even professional players would be satisfied with, yet at a reasonable price. The instrument has the following features: Bright and clear tone across two octaves. Rich volume. Good response. Low breath consumption. Tuning possible. The size of the tube and finger holes is almost the same as that of mass-produced instruments, and it is characterized by a thin, clear tone (although the volume is smaller). The mouthpiece is rounded to fit comfortably in the mouth when blowing, and the edges are carefully finished by carving the metal. The head joint is made of brass and polymer, the body joint is made of brass, and it is tunable. *Killarney whistles often have many small scratches on the mouthpiece or body due to manufacturing processes. As long as they do not affect the performance, they will be sold in the same condition as when they arrived. Please note that specifications such as the manufacturer's logo print may change depending on the time of arrival.■Specification key: D Total length: 29.1cm Weight: 70g Material: Brass (body) / Brass, polymer (mouthpiece) Accessories: Case tuning possible
