From a NY designer, this is a wonderful embroidered eyelet cotton woven in navy (PANTONE 19-3920-ish), a shirting weight with a cottony crisp drape. Both selvages have a floral emb roidery that extends into the fabric 15" at the widest points. The fabric is shown both as it comes off the roll as well as turned so that the embroidery is at the hem. You may cut in either direction, with the grain or across the grain.
