From a NY designer, this is a lovely cotton/spandex stretch shirting woven, medium-light weight and opaque, with a cottony drape. The graphic dot print features denimy blue tones w ith some white in the background (PANTONE 19-4118, etc.). 10% stretch in the width only. Great for shirts, tops, tunic, dress, etc. Beautiful quality!
