The EVIL FILTER is a unique masterpiece pedal that combines an excellent HP/BP/LP filter with a wildly variable range and DBA's signature devilish fuzz. The sophisticated filter sound, which uses an IC chip for medical equipment, can be continuously adjusted between 0Hz and 10.5kHz, and can be switched between high-pass, band-pass, and low-pass filters. Furthermore, the filter resonance is perfectly designed so that not only can the peak be continuously adjusted with a knob, but the range can also be set to 10x with a switch. The filter frequency knob can also be controlled by an external expression pedal (sold separately) connected to the EXP/CV terminal or a CV signal from a modular synth, allowing you to vary the filter or create wah effects during live performances, or vary the filter in sync with an analog synth arpeggio. Filter Resonance knob: Adjusts the filter's resonance peak.
