This embroidered cotton eyelet comes from a NY designer, and has a stripey flowery graphic design in navy (PANTONE 19-3920). The base fabric is a cotton lawn but with the embroider y it has a bit more substance and weight, and is semi-opaque with a cottony drape. The repeat is 2.25" widthwise and 4" lengthwise. It is perfect for a pretty shirt, dress, skirt, tunic, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering.
