From a NY designer, this is a lightweight and semi-sheer stretch silk georgette with about 10% widthwise stretch. It has a subtle crepe texture, a flowing drape and the print is a lovely little floral (2.75" repeat) in a mix of denimy blues and chalky white (PANTONE 19-3933, 16-3919, 2122-U, etc.).
