From a CA designer, this is a gorgeous quality embroidered white cotton stretch woven with with a lovely floral embroidery (10.375" vertical repeat) in shades of pink, turquoise, s oft purple, citrine, sage, etc. (PANTONE 16-4535, 16-2124, 14-0955, 16-4706, etc.). The base fabric is a stretch lightweight woven with just 10% widthwise stretch, but it is a bit more substantial due to the embroidery, and semi-opaque with some body in the drape.
