This is a wonderful boucle' tweed, Chanel-style, from the Sordevolo mill in Italy, with rich coloring including shades of blue, garnet, mocha, periwinkle, etc. (PANTONE 19-3950, 18 -1658, 14-4110, etc.). It has fibers of varying thicknesses and textures in an intricate basketweave, and is a malleable suiting weight with body in the drape suitable for classic French-style jackets, topper coats, suits, skirt, etc. Line with silk charmeuse or a standard rayon lining such as Bemberg.
