Daguerreotype of a distressed looking man holding an infant.. looking at the baby's hands and face, I believe it was deceased. The dag in a thermoplastic case with a Farm Boy climb ing a tree design on its cover. The case clicks and stays closed, but has some edge and corner chips. The daguerreotype has a tarnish ring and one or two spots of corrosion, but is in overall very good antique condition and most of its original paper seals still remain. Note the little bit of paper seal on the left side of the image, trapped underneath the cover glass. Boxed & signed shipping. Show more
