DTF Transfer - Heat-pressed onto fabric (cotton, polyester, blends). Vibrant, soft-hand, and durable through dozens of washes. Sizes 3.25" through 15". UV DTF Permanent Sticker - Peel-and-stick decal for hard surfaces (tumblers, mugs, phone cases, laptops, water bottles). No heat required. Permanent adhesive, top-rack dishwasher safe once fully cured; no sanitize setting or heated dry (hand wash for longest life). Sizes 2" through 10". Sublimation Transfer - Heat-pressed onto polyester (65%+) or poly-coated substrates. Edge-to-edge color with no feel on the fabric. Sizes 3.25" through 15". Vinyl Sticker (White, Clear, or Clear Opaque) - Adhesive-backed cut vinyl for windows, signage, vehicles, and tumblers. White vinyl is fully opaque on a white base. Clear vinyl is see-through, so the surface shows through the design. Clear Opaque prints a white layer under the ink so the design stays solid and vivid while the sticker around it stays clear (a small upcharge for the extra white ink). Sizes 2" through 5". Laminated Sticker (Matte or Gloss) - A printed sticker sealed with a matte or gloss laminate for UV and weather protection. Waterproof, fade- and scratch-resistant, safe outdoors, and top-rack dishwasher safe (skip the sanitize setting and heated dry). Our most durable sticker. Choose matte for a soft, glare-free finish or gloss for a vibrant shine. Sizes 2" through 5" (a small upcharge for the lamination). How to Apply DTF Transfers (fabric) Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Place the transfer face-up on the garment, cover with parchment paper or a teflon sheet. Press at 280-300°F for 10-20 seconds with heavy pressure. Hot or cold peel once cool enough to touch. Re-press with parchment paper for 5-10 seconds on heavy pressure. UV DTF Permanent Stickers (hard surfaces) Clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and let dry. Peel the white backing. Position the sticker carefully, as UV DTF is permanent and not repositionable once it touches the surface. Press down firmly. Burnish from the center outward with a squeegee or credit card to remove air bubbles. Slowly peel off the top transfer film at a 180-degree angle. Allow 24 hours to fully cure before exposing to water or heavy contact. Sublimation Transfers (polyester or poly-coated) For fabric: pre-press to remove moisture. Place the transfer ink-side-down on the substrate, secure with heat tape if needed. Press at 400°F for 60 seconds with firm pressure. For mugs and tumblers, use a mug press at 400°F for 4-5 minutes. Peel hot. Sublimation requires polyester (65%+) or poly-coated surfaces - it will not show on cotton. Vinyl Stickers (windows, signage, decals) Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol. Peel the paper backing carefully - the vinyl stays on the transfer tape. Position on your surface and press firmly. Burnish all areas with a squeegee or credit card. Peel transfer tape back at a sharp angle, slowly. Best applied at temperatures above 50F for proper adhesion. Care Instructions For DTF and Sublimation transfers (after pressing on garments): Wait 24 hours before first wash Machine wash inside out in cold water Use mild detergent - avoid bleach or fabric softeners Tumble dry low or hang dry Do not iron directly over the design - iron inside out if needed For UV DTF, Vinyl, and Laminated Stickers: UV DTF stickers: allow a full 24-hour cure, then top rack only, no sanitize setting or heated dry. Hand wash recommended for longest life Vinyl stickers: avoid abrasive cleaning; use mild soap and water. Best kept indoors or for short-term outdoor use Laminated stickers: waterproof and UV protected, safe outdoors and top-rack dishwasher safe. Skip the sanitize setting and heated dry; avoid abrasive scrubbing for longest life Frequently Asked Questions What is the difference between DTF and UV DTF?DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are heat-pressed onto fabric like t-shirts, hoodies, and bags. UV DTF Permanent Stickers are peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces like tumblers, mugs, phone cases, and laptops - no heat needed. What is the difference between DTF and sublimation?DTF works on most fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends with vibrant color and a soft hand. Sublimation only works on polyester (65%+) or poly-coated substrates but offers edge-to-edge color with no feel. Sublimation will not show on cotton. What is the difference between Clear and Clear Opaque vinyl?Clear vinyl is see-through, so whatever is behind it shows through your design. Clear Opaque prints a white layer under the ink so the design stays solid and vivid, while the sticker around it stays clear. Choose Clear for a subtle see-through look, or Clear Opaque for bold, opaque results on glass, tumblers, and darker surfaces. What is a laminated sticker?A laminated sticker is a printed sticker sealed with a clear matte or gloss laminate that makes it UV and weather protected, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. It is our most durable sticker, ideal for water bottles, laptops, tumblers, and anything used outdoors. Choose matte for a soft, glare-free look or gloss for a vibrant shine. How do I apply a DTF transfer?Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Place the transfer on the garment, cover with parchment paper, press at 280-300°F for 10-20 seconds with heavy pressure. Hot or cold peel. Re-press with parchment for 5-10 seconds on heavy pressure. How do I apply a UV DTF Permanent Sticker?Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol. Peel the white backing. Position the sticker carefully, it is permanent and not repositionable once it touches the surface. Press firmly, then burnish from center outward to remove bubbles. Slowly peel off the top transfer film at a sharp angle. Allow 24 hours to fully cure before water exposure. How do I apply a Vinyl Sticker?Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol. Peel the paper backing - vinyl stays on the transfer tape. Position on your surface, press firmly, burnish all areas with a squeegee. Peel transfer tape back at a sharp angle, slowly. Apply above 50F for best adhesion. How do I wash a shirt with a DTF transfer?Wait 24 hours after pressing. Machine wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design - iron inside out if needed. Are UV DTF Permanent Stickers really permanent?Yes, with care. They use a strong permanent adhesive built for hard surfaces. Give your sticker a full 24 hours to cure before its first wash, then it is fine on the top rack on a normal or gentle cycle. Skip the sanitize setting and heated dry, that extra heat is the top reason edges start to lift. For the longest life, hand washing with mild soap is still your best bet. What surfaces work with sublimation transfers?Sublimation requires polyester fabrics (65% or higher) or poly-coated hard substrates (mugs, tumblers, photo panels, ceramic). It will not work on cotton or untreated surfaces. Can Vinyl Stickers be removed?Vinyl Stickers can be removed but may leave residue depending on the surface and how long they have been applied. They are best for semi-permanent applications on windows, vehicles, signs, and tumblers. Who is the Carousel design for?It is made for anyone who loves carnival nostalgia, unicorns, or a touch of whimsy, including kids and the kids at heart. Can I get Carousel on both a shirt and a tumbler?Yes. Choose the DTF or sublimation transfer for shirts and hoodies, or the UV DTF sticker for a tumbler, water bottle or laptop.
