From a very famous designer, this is a gorgeous virgin wool blend doublecloth plaid (3.25" repeat), a suiting/coating weight from Italy (Piacenza). It has a crepey surface texture, and is opaque with a more firm drape. The colors are red, cream and loden/army green (PANTONE 19-1664, 17-0517, etc.). It is the same on both sides, and the layers pull apart beautifully.
