Sometimes candy needs to be made. Since we made our Crystal Rose candy, people have asked us to make violet. It's been challenging. I've been working on this flavor for some time a nd it's tricky. Too weak and you get no taste, too strong and it no longer tastes like candy. Trying to balance a candy like this is like doing a tight rope act, hoping you won't fall down. I tasted everything violet I could. When I traveled to France in 2019, I searched for violet candies to see what could be done with them. I think I have done it.
