From a NY designer, this is a blue chambray woven with a gorgeous floral embroidery (12" vertical repeat) in shades of pink and red (PANTONE 15-3920, 19-1764, 15-1717, 13-2005, etc .). The base fabric is very lightweight woven made a bit more substantial due to the embroidery, and semi-opaque with some body in the drape.
