This is a gorgeous quality Italian yarn dyed linen woven with a horizontal pattern of stripes (7.25" repeat) in shades of gray and soft brown with powder blue accents (PANTONE 19-0 810, 14-4203, 14-4214, etc.). It's a lovely quality light weight linen with some body in the drape, and a weave that is refined and close, but with fibers thin enough that light peeks through. The stripes can be oriented in either direction. It is semi-opaque and perfect for a shirt, tunic, dress, skirt, pants, etc. for spring/summer.
