From a NY designer, this guipure lace is exquisite! It is medium weight yet open, like an intricate embroidery without the backing, and it has beautiful decorative selvages. The fl oral pattern (5.75" V., 11.5" H. repeat) has a two-tone combination of black and cobalt (PANTONE 18-4140) and can be cut across the grain to take advantage of the pretty selvages at the hem and/or neckline. This lace is photographed on a white background to show the open weave.
