75 Within is a 75 day rigorous program that is going to assist you with diving fully into your own psyche. What you will do every single day, or start over: 3+ pages of journaling - aim for free writing 60 minutes of movement 60 minutes of meditation Read 10 pages of a self-improvement book Write your affirmations & say them in the mirror Drink 10 cups / 80 oz of water Intuitively eat Take creative action in some way Take a photo of something you love This program is all about connecting with the divine within and finding the flow of life that works the best for you. If you are new to meditation you should find it is easier to meditate after a few days to a few weeks, keep at it! Meditation is the key to yourself, it will unlock all of your doors internally.
