From a NY designer, this is a very lightweight novelty knit with a brick featherweight knit underlayer and a navy open mesh knit as the upper layer (PANTONE 19-1629, 19-3952), givi ng it a dimensional, textured look. It has about 20% widthwise stretch, and is semi-sheer with a soft drape.
