From a NY designer, this is a lightweight yarn dyed 1x1 rib knit with a navy horizontal stripe (1/2" apart) on a brick background (PANTONE 19-1629, 19-3952). The reverse is nearly the same. It has about 70% widthwise stretch, 45% lengthwise, and is opaque with a soft drape.
