It is moulded from a single piece of recycled PVC with a naturally black base and a bright orange body, and carries a high-performance Starlux reflective sleeve for visibility day and night. Most of the weight sits in the base, giving a low centre of gravity that keeps the cone upright in wind. It is Kitemarked and Chapter 8 compliant, so it suits public roads as well as private sites. Please note: "1-piece" describes how the cone is made - moulded from a single piece of PVC, rather than a separate cone and weighted base. It arrives ready to use.
