A rare Electro-Harmonix Slap-Back Echo pedal from the late 1970s has been reissued with modern updates and in Pico size! The iconic sound of the short single delay, which emerged in the 50s, added depth and rhythmic effect to countless recordings. The newly reissued all-analog Electro-Harmonix Slap-Back Echo delivers this classic sound in a pedalboard-friendly Pico size. The TIME switch allows you to select from three delay times, and the GAIN control allows you to boost the delay by up to +20dB, allowing you to create the unique sound of the BBD circuit, from subtle doubling effects to intense bathroom echoes. Housed in an Electro-Harmonix Pico-sized enclosure, the Slap-Back Echo features GAIN and BLEND knobs, as well as a TIME switch. The GAIN knob controls the input signal before the echo circuit and can boost the overall output volume by up to +20dB. The BLEND knob adjusts the mix between the dry and echo signals, from 100% dry to 100% echo.
