From Italy, this is a damask weave cotton woven, overprinted with a beautiful art-deco-ish paisley design (19.5" repeat) in pink, kelly, spearmint, light blue, etc. (PANTONE 14-280 8, 17-5923, 13-0221, 14-4110, etc.). The damask fabric has a subtle texture, giving the print added dimension and character.
