Now, we've brought our commitment to tone and in novative design to the world of drum sets, announcing a new series of kick drum beaters. The kick drum beater is modelled on a Viennese timpani mallet and is made from closely stacked discs of flannel, canvas and leather. The full-bodied, warm sound and responsive feel are unlike anything you've ever heard before. This beater is the perfect hybrid between the KDF and TBDBS. It features 4 layers of ultra-soft fleece sandwiched between 32 layers of soft flannel. At 2.5mm in diameter, it's between the 3 TBDBS and 2 KDF. It has a boomy sound with no attack. Show more
