Two models will be released this time: Phosphor Bronze and Walnut. Each model is available in two sizes. Both models come with a soft case. JAPAN CUSTOM SNARE DRUMS will mark a new milestone in SAKAE's history of pursuing the best sound, quality, and playability. Walnut snares are the delicatessen of the drum world. Selecting the finest walnut wood and hand-crafting it in our Osaka lab by our skilled craftsmen maximizes the wide range, rich volume, and unique tone that only walnut can provide. Walnut is available in two sizes: 14x6.5 and 14x5.5. It has a very unique and delicate sound that suits any type of music. Shell The 7-ply, 7.2mm shell delivers a balanced snare sound with a rich, articulate midrange. Made from thick, ultra-high carbon snare wire. It contains more carbon than standard high-carbon wire, resulting in increased strength and a faster, sharper response. Hoop The JAPAN CUSTOM SNARE comes with SAKAE's familiar Mighty Halo, which has an inward-facing top edge that produces a powerful sound with reduced high-frequency overtones. ●The reinforced metal used in the lug die-casting process speeds up the transmission of sound from top to bottom, resulting in a sharper sound. The strainer is extremely sensitive and precise, allowing players to freely set the delicate tension they desire.
