Cry Baby was created in collaboration with Johnny Wator of Daredevil Pedals! The Cry Baby Daredevil Fuzz Wah is a wah pedal that combines the sweet, expressive sound of the Cry Bab y with the aggressive tone of fuzz. It was born from Johnny Wator, owner and pedal builder of Daredevil Pedals,' love for the Crybaby and his desire to explore new sounds. Inspired by the wah-wah playing of his guitar heroes, Johnny spent several years researching vintage wah-wahs and creating custom wah-wahs for friends and band members. He then brought the idea to Dunlop, leading to a collaboration. This pedal combines a bright and aggressive wah sound with Daredevil's signature straight-up dirty fuzz sound, resulting in a truly cool pedal. The pedal features a sturdy butt switch on the side to turn the fuzz on and off, and the internal circuit board features two controls for setting the fuzz gain and output, allowing for a boost setting that's perfect for lead playing. It features a vintage design with a crinkle finish reminiscent of an Italian wah and a polished aluminum top, as well as a special rubber Daredevil logo.
