LTD has released Kirk Hammett's new signature model, the KH-V. The KH-V features a neck-through construction, a 3-piece hard maple neck, an asymmetrical V-shaped body with a limba wood (korina) wing body, a Macassar ebony fingerboard with pearloid wave inlays, and a 1/4" treble ... The pickups are Kirk's signature EMG Bone Breaker pickups. The bridge is a TonePros® with a stud-mounted body, and the strings are strung from the back of the body. The controls are simple: volume, tone, and pickup selector. The tuning machines are equipped with LTD locking tuners.
