The Hot Rubber Monkey V2 is here, an evolution of the previous model that reproduced the tone of a Dumble amp equipped with HRM EQ MOD, and has been developed over the course of two years! This model has an overdrive sound similar to the natural distortion of a vacuum tube amplifier, and is a more refined version of the HRM EQ MOD, the tone circuit used in Dumbledore amplifiers, than the previous model. Like the previous model, the design brings out the guitar tone, focusing on the mid-range, resulting in the rich tone that is characteristic of Dumble amplifiers. It responds well to delicate picking, allowing for rich expression. The midrange control focuses on the low-mids, which are an important part of the guitar's frequency range, and the top-end control increases or decreases the high frequencies, allowing you to produce sounds ranging from a solid yet delicate sound to a punchy and thick sound. Its excellent touch sensitivity and fast response provide a clear sound without being buried. By generously using the best NOS parts, we have achieved a vibration that is significantly better than the previous model. The input and output terminals are all concentrated on the back, so no extra space is required even when using multiple effects side by side. It also features a true bypass design that outputs the signal without passing through unnecessary circuits when the effect is off. It has a sturdy metal housing and is extremely compact in size.
