A vintage tape delay smaller than a cassette player! Tape delays are beloved for their warmth and imperfections compared to digital delays: their preamps can be pushed to saturation, and the tape in vintage units deteriorates over time, creating the signature wobble that so many love. Electro-Harmonix's Pico Rerun tape delay embodies these distinctive elements. Based on the tape delay algorithm found in the Canyon Delay & Looper, Rerun delivers a vintage feel with modern features. Rerun features a simple control set and tap tempo for ease of use in any situation. BLEND sets the wet/dry mix balance. DELAY controls the delay time from 8ms to 3s. SAT adds tape saturation and distortion to the wet signal for a crunch sound, leaving the dry signal unaffected. FDBK sets the repeat level from 1 to infinite and oscillates. Press and hold the footswitch to instantly toggle infinite repeat. The FLUTTER mode switch toggles between low, medium, and heavy modulation effects, ranging from subtle chorus to thick, pulsating sounds. Tap Tempo is simple and easy to use; just tap the footswitch two or more times to set the tempo and the LED will flash to confirm your tap tempo. Additionally, Rerun also allows you to select Tails Bypass, allowing the echo to continue even after switching the pedal to bypass.SPECS Canyon Delay&Looper tape delay algorithm.
