NY, which was a vintage revival, the second model in the Conn oisseur series, "Band of Bros," is a newly developed model created in collaboration with Mike Smith, a jazz musician who has played in top-tier bands such as Maynard Ferguson, Buddy Rich, and Frank Sinatra, and is also an artist partner at JJ Babbitt. Following the great success of Meyer Bros. NY's alto saxophone album, they have expanded their soprano, tenor, and baritone saxophone selections to match the universal sound and individuality that covers all genres of jazz, primarily modern jazz. Like the alto saxophone, it employs a metal shank ring, resulting in a flexible, warm, powerful, and dark sound.
