The tasting experience begins sharply with fruit and honey transitioning to roasted chocolate on the back end.Cacao is currently from either Belize or Thailand due to sourcing uncertainty. Honey used is an Organic Raw Wildflower Honey from Brazil. All cacao used is transparently sourced at a $2.29/kg farmgate price point.All packaging used for this 2.2 oz bar is compostable (other than the outer sticker).
