From a NY designer, this is a gorgeous printed crinkle silk jacquard, a sheer and featherweight woven with a soft and floaty drape. It has a bit of stretch, about 15% widthwise wit h nice recovery. The black base fabric has a crosshatchy design and a crinkled textuer, the the painted garden print is magical, with colors including royal blue, baby blue, leafy green, red, beige and golden yellow (PANTONE 19-4039, 16-1451, 16-0228, etc.).
