The TWP10: A ne w wah sound created by two peak points. Traditional wah pedals use a single inductor circuit to boost a specific frequency band (peak point). By moving the pedal, you can change the boosted frequency range from low to high frequencies, creating the characteristic sound of a wah pedal. The Twin Peaks TWP10 wah pedal uses two inductor circuits to boost two peak points, allowing you to change their frequency range by moving the pedal. Furthermore, you can adjust the balance between these two frequency bands and select between bass-heavy and treble-heavy modes, allowing you to create a wide range of wah sounds, from simple wah sounds to unique wah sounds that sound like they're using modulation effects. -Features- - The master level knob adjusts the overall output level. At the 12 o'clock position, it's about the same level as a conventional wah pedal, and when turned all the way to the right, it provides a +6dB boost level. - Balance Control Knob: Adjusts the mix level balance of the two peak frequency bands. The high-frequency range is close to that of typical wah pedals, while the low-frequency range is close to that of custom wah pedals and signature wah pedals. The balance control adjusts the mix level balance of these two frequency bands. When the knob is at the 0 position (turned all the way counterclockwise), only the high frequencies are boosted, and as you turn it clockwise from there, the low frequencies are gradually boosted. At the 12 o'clock position, the high and low frequencies are at the same level, and at the full position (turned all the way clockwise), only the low frequencies are boosted. - Tone Mode Switch: You can select the variable range of the two frequency bands that are boosted from HIGH mode/LOW mode. ○HIGH mode: The variable range for boosting the high frequencies is from 670Hz to 3kHz. This is a higher frequency range than typical wah pedals, which may result in an overly bright tone. In that case, we recommend adjusting the balance control or master level, or using your guitar's tone control to reduce the high frequencies. The variable range for the low frequencies is from 300Hz to 1kHz. This is a slightly lower frequency range than conventional wah pedals. ○LOW mode: The variable range for the frequency band boosted on the high-frequency side is from 450Hz to 2kHz. This is roughly the same frequency range as conventional wah pedals. The variable range for the lower frequencies is from 220Hz to 750Hz. - The LED indicator light illuminates when the effect is on.
