For this year's One of a Kind, we started with a 13x6.5mm maple medium shell with a 45° bearing edge. The inner and outer veneers are made of black limba, a very beautiful and precious wood. This beautiful veneer is extremely difficult to source, so it has been produced in a very limited quantity of just 80 units worldwide (5 units in Japan). The outer veneer is finished with a high-gloss lacquer to elegantly highlight the unique and natural qualities of the wood. Additionally, this latest version of the One of a Kind series features never-before-seen features and, for the first time in the series, features Vintage Series hardware.
