[Limited quantity trial price!] ULTRAWAVE BASS is based on a synthesizer-like technique called multiband processing, which divides the input signal into multiple frequency bands an d sets effects individually for each band. It goes beyond being just a drive/tremolo pedal, and by combining it with envelopes, LFOs, and multiple routing options via stereo input and output, it produces an ULTRA sound that far surpasses the limits of effects. • Multiband processing: ULTRAWAVE can split the input signal into up to 10 frequency bands with 37 types of band split options. By dividing the input signal into multiple frequency bands and individually setting the gain and level of each frequency band, you can create rich, synthesizer-like, and unique sounds. In addition to the 10-band version, there are also 2, 3, 4, and 8-band versions, each with different band-splitting options, allowing for matching to the frequency ranges of various instruments. Furthermore, if the frequency is not divided, it will function as a conventional distortion or fuzz effect. • Compressor/Expander: The compressor allows you to fine-tune Input Gain, Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release, and Output Gain while viewing them on the graphic monitor in the editor. The dual-channel function allows you to compress specific frequency bands individually and place them either before or after the distortion block. • Distortion Types: From traditional distortion types to the endlessly versatile Foldback distortion devised by SOURCE AUDIO's chief engineer, Bob Chidraw, 44 different distortion types are included in the library. • Multiband Tremolo: Not only can you set individual distortion for each band, but ULTRAWAVE also allows you to set individual tremolo effects for each band. The tremolo effect of all bands is controlled by the same master LFO, but the phase (start point) of each band can be set individually. You can select a setting pattern from pre-configured presets using the pull-down menu. • LFO: The LFO that controls the multiband tremolo can be selected from a sine wave and a user-configurable Attack/Release waveform (Single Tremolo is sine wave only). The LFO waveform changes dynamically through the interaction of Attack, Release, Shape, and On Time (Attack, Release, Shape, and On Time do not function when Sine is selected). • EQ: An 8-band EQ with morphing support and low-pass/high-pass filters. It adjusts the final tone shape of ULTRAWAVE and can be turned on/off for each channel and preset. Morphing: A unique feature that allows you to set two patterns using the distortion block and graphic EQ, and then seamlessly switch between them. Switching between modes requires the use of LFOs, envelopes, and external devices (such as an expression pedal). • Envelope: Morphing is controlled with a simple two-control envelope for sensitivity and response speed. • Stereo Input/Output: You can create completely different presets and route them in series/parallel, or output them from separate outputs. The stereo option also applies to multiband tremolo.
