From a NY designer, this is a blouseweight cotton stretch voile (20% widthwise stretch), light weight and semi-sheer with a soft drape that has a bit of body. It has a light crinkl e in the texture, giving it a more casual look. The stylized floral print (15" repeat) features nutmeg, cobalt and kelly (PANTONE 18-0933, 16-6340, 18-3945).
