Designed by Giovannio, the Delia is a wide brim dress hat made of braided Sinamay straw. With a millinery crown and hand shaped brim, this lovely hat is surprisingly lightweight. A voluminous bow made of Sinamay patterned netting adorns the crown. Wispy feathers have been added. The inner band hides an adjustable drawstring that can be tightened for a smaller fit.
