This easy-to-use visual acuity near vision card features E and C charts on both sides. This standardized test includes both sides of the chart and has optotypes in proportionally s paced (logMAR) lines with line sizes ranging from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent. This chart also features letter size and decimal equivalents. Printed with pupilometer with sizes ranging from 2 to 9 on one side and a ruler for both metric and inches on the other.
