The buckthorn bark supports the laxative effects by stimulating the muscle tissue of the intestines and enables the bowel movement. Finally, coriander and fennel seeds help with digestive troubles such as bloating. Recommended dose: ADULTS: Use one bag per cup water. Pour the boiling water and allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes.
