The 78˚ Classic Gin is a small batch gin produced in the Adelaide Hills utilizing some of the purist water from the region as well as twelve unique botanicals that are all never he ated above 78.1˚ hence the name. It is a complex, yet savoury gin that uses a grape base with their 12 botanicals including Coriander, Limes, Black Pepper, Star Anise and Angelica Root that give citrusy, yet slightly spicy notes that will indulge your senses.
