I was excited to find this fabric from a CA designer, something that I purchased in the past from the manufacturer. This 100% organic cotton 2-ply woven consists of two layers of a fine gauze (not a textured gauze--the fabric is very smooth with a very slightly loose weave). The top layer is navy and the bottom layer is stone white (PANTONE 19-4025 mixed with white). The layers are connected by the mini-dots: white dots on the navy side, navy dots on the white side. It is light weight with a heavenly, floaty quality and a bit of body in the drape, and it is semi-sheer/semi-opaque because of the two layers. A perfect fabric for a top, tunic, shirt, dress, skirt, etc. Some styles may need lining. Eco-friendly, sustainable, organic.
