A warm, rounded sound reminiscent of natural cane! It has particularly excellent control over the high frequencies. [It's resin, but it absorbs water!?] This new material retains a small amount of moisture. When you first take it out of the package and use it, soak it in water for about 3 minutes and then blow into it for about 20 minutes (break-in process) to improve the playing feel, and that stable condition will be maintained thereafter. [Can be adjusted using lead adjuster] Just like natural cane reeds, they can be adjusted by trimming them using a reed adjuster. [Long life and stability unique to resin reeds] It is not easily affected by temperature or humidity, and can be used in a stable condition. It is also less likely to crack or warp, and boasts an overwhelmingly longer lifespan than cane reeds. [Uniformity unique to resin] This product is made from US food-grade safe "ambipolypolymer material" and has very high uniformity.
