From a CA designer, this is a wonderful German viscose/spandex 4-way stretch knit, lightweight yet opaque, with lovely drape. The fabulous intricate graphic print (27" vertical rep eat) features blue-black, royal, light french blue and ivory (PANTONE 19-3950, 15-3920, etc.). 90% stretch in the width, 30% in the length, with great recovery.
