DESCRIPTION Judging by the stamp, this cloth is of British origin. In appearance, it is what we would consider the quintessential 1940s suit cloth. It is easy to imagine a two-piec e double-breasted suit from the mid-1940s made in this very fabric. The colour is charcoal, with chalk stripes spaced at 2.5 cm (one inch) intervals.
