Printer's Son is Kalispell's second full-length album, and was recorded in Eau Claire WI, and co-produced by Grammy winner Brian Joseph (Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens). Kalispell is a m oniker for Shane Leonard. Shane is the percussionist for the band Field Report and currently touring with The Stray Birds. Windfall reminds me of those Wilco ballads that amount to an epic journey into the center of Jeff Tweedy's drowsy half-consciousness... yet Leonard's tenor has a distinct Midwestern drawl of it's own...
