100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards from the Central Coast to Northern Coast with each individual lot promoting the intense berry and spice flavors quintessential to Pinot Noir. This is hand picked, destemmed, but not crushed in order to prevent the release of tannins from skins and seeds. Then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in 30% new French oak barrels.
