100% Sauvignon Blanc from selected cool-climate vineyards throughout California, primarily in Sonoma County including the Russian River Valley on gravelly loam and clay soils. The grapes are night-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures with a small portion in neutral French oak barrels. No malolactic. Aged 5 months on fine lees in stainless steel and neutral oak with regular stirring. Tasting Note: Aromas show pink grapefruit and passionfruit along with lime zest and fresh-cut grass notes. The palate delivers bright intensity and crispness with juicy texture and vibrant acidity.
