This wonderful, sophisticated and fashion forward Italian scuba-like fabric from R0sie Assouline is actually a two-layer knit with a wool sweater knit on one side (soft yellow, PAN TONE 12-0720) and a micro-tweed yarn-dyed doubleknit on the reverse in black and white. It is a moderately thick coating weight with some firmness in the drape and it has about 10% widthwise stretch. The layers do not separate, and the fabric does not fray at the edges. It is perfect for a high-fashion, minimalist jacket or coat.
