From a NY designer, this is an elegant and understated yarn dyed plaid stretch wool woven with about 10% widthwise stretch. It has a double weave with twisty yarns and a crepey, gr anular texture. The weave is not super tight so it's semi-opaque and medium-light weight with some body in the drape. The yarn colors are black and off white (appears overall like a light gray). Make any number of interesting coordinates, top, shirt, jacket, slacks, skirt, tunic, etc. Line or layer with a smooth fabric such as silk charmeuse for a very upscale, sophisticated look!
